Premium Family
More relatives, safe zones and an expanded family overview. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription with the same Premium benefits. Your local price and billing period appear in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Elderly Ally account does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases.
Elderly Ally is a support tool, not a staffed alarm service, medical device or replacement for professional care. GPS, batteries, coverage and sensors can fail; locations and alerts may be delayed or unavailable. Fall and deviation detection must not be your only safety measure. Call your local emergency number in immediate danger. This version does not use generative AI.
